I find it rather hilarious that none of the commenters seem to recognise this shot as the gentlemen from the party scene in the film Moulin Rouge. They sing a version of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” while partying at the titular club. I know! It’s really hilarious. They are probably among my favorite characters in the whole movie, or at least it’s one of my favorite moments. Get with it, people :)
